Products are delivered by downloads, which are then activated via electronic licences which we send by email.

 

In the case of antivirus products licences cover activations of virus databases and software for the period of the licence. For other products software updates are provided for a period of one year after which there is a charge for support (unless other conditions are specifially stated)..
